In today's world, with new technologies and business models constantly emerging, there are companies that rise like a star overnight, while once the most innovative and world-leading companies suddenly disappear. We are entering an era of transformation, where resting on what you have can often lead to giving up your place to competitors. The speed of change has made it difficult to navigate alone, and we now need to continuously learn new things and collaborate with others to survive.

The same applies to schools. To address these challenges, the Sogang University Graduate School of Business Administration has created a special program called E-Ph.D. This platform brings together individuals with diverse expertise to share their knowledge and create new knowledge. It integrates practical knowledge with theory and efficiently shares the created knowledge. This is the E-Ph.D. program.

It is designed as a tailored space for those who have built up their expertise but have been unable to formalize it into knowledge, or for those who want to share it but lack the opportunity to do so, and for those who find it difficult to attend classes due to time constraints. We hope that many will actively participate in this new endeavor and help open a new era.
